R2T4 Main Page

The main R2T4 page will show a list of all R2T4 calculations with certain key information. The Calculations are queued up once the student’s status is updated to Withdrawn in the Core system.

Columns on the main page

• Student - Student’s first and last name

• Location - The student’s campus location

• Withdrawn Date - Withdrawn date recorded in Core, based on the school’s update

• LDA - Last date of attendance in Core, based on the school’s update

• Created Date - The date the R2T4 Calculation was queued up, the same date the student’s status was changed to withdrawn

• Completed BY - The user name of the person who completed the calculation

• Completed Date - The date the calculation was completed

• Approved By - The user name of the person who did the final approval of the calculation

• Approved Date - The date of the final approval

• Status - The calculation status

  • Pending - Calculations not yet completed

  • Submitted - Calculations completed and waiting for final approval

  • Approved - Calculations that have received final approval

To complete an R2T4 click on ‘View’ to the right of the student’s listing on the page
