Enrollment Information

This section lists all enrollment information for the student, a separate listing will appear for each unique enrollment the student has in the Campus Ivy CORE system. The current or latest enrollment will be labeled as MASTER. Each enrollment will include the following information:

• Program code
• Start Date
• Expected Grad Date
• Enrollment Status
• Units – Earned, Attempted & Remaining
• Campus Location
• SAP status
• Master enrollment indicator
• High School Credential – To view ATB assessment click on assessment link

New or updated program information can only be updated through the file import process or the API integration.
