Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) Files

ISIR files are grouped by file type and award year. The system will automatically log the imported ISIR files in real time once they are loaded to the CORE system.
Import Files

These files will be displayed by file type and the following information will be displayed:

  • File ID
  • File status
  • Status Date – When the file was imported
  • Create Date – When the file was received from EDConnect


ISIR correction files are automatically generated for all ISIR changes in the system every 15 minutes, these files are also logged in the Transmission Queue and can be downloaded by clicking on the file ID. Files are submitted to CPS in either of the 2 methods listed below.

  1. Once a school downloads the file they can then be sent to CPS through EDConnect.
  2. If Campus Ivy is the DPA the system will process the file via TD  Client to CPS.  The system records the date and time a file is transmitted to CPS within the transmission queue.
