Enrollment Update Files (SSCR)

The NSLDS Enrollment Update is also automated within Core. If Campus Ivy is the DPA then the file will auto load via TD Client, if not then the school will import the file through the FIle Upload process.  Once the roster is uploaded then student records can be updated as needed.

Once the roster batch is completed the system will generate an EFSCDEIN file to be sent to NSLDS. The file can be sent in two ways,

1. The school can download the file from the Transmission Queue and send it to NSLDS via EdConnect
2. If Campus Ivy is the DPA then the system will send the file automatically to NSLDS via TD CLient.

Any response file will also be loaded and displayed under the NSLDS Enrollment module. 

You can also generate an NSLDS roster manually by clicking on the link 'NSLDS Enrollment Report' at the bottom of the transmission page. The report will download to your computer, you would then log into NSLDS and import your enrollment update information.
