Estimated COA

The estimated Cost of Attendance (COA) or budget is added to the CORE system by clicking the Add Estimated COA link at the top right corner of the main page.

  1. Enter the tuition amount – Tuition can be entered:

Per Unit
By Program
By Academic Year

  1. Enter Reg/App Fee Amounts

  2. Enter Books and Supply cost for the program

  3. Enter any miscellaneous fees for the program

  4. Enter Indirect Cost for – They can be entered by month, program or academic year

Room and Board
Personal Expenses
Transportation
Miscellaneous costs

  1. Indirect costs must be entered for both Dependent and Independent students

  2. Select all applicable campus locations for the COA

  3. Select all applicable programs for the COA

  4. Enter an effective date

  5. Check the box Is Active to activate COA

  1. Click save at the bottom of the page to save your entries.

  2. Once save links for each program will appear at the bottom of the screen. You can view the COA for each program by clicking on the program link.

The COA can be filtered by effective date and tuition rate by using the dropdowns at the top right corner of the screen.
