Who needs access?

 

Example of User Roles may be:

  • Executive

  • Manager / FA Director 

  • Bursar / Accountant

  • Financial Aid Advisor (FAA)

  • Admin 

One of the main security features of the system is driven by user access. Users are limited by their roles and each role is customized to the school's requirements. Within the assigned roles they may have view only access while others will be able to process, request and make rejections within CORE. 


How to request access?


First determine what OPEID, campus, and functions each user will need. Your institution may have multiple OPEIDs or just one. 

  1. Provide Campus Ivy support department with each user's name, email address, title and access requirements as listed in the User Access Request Log. The request log can be accessed by clicking on this template link, please submit to fasupport@campusivy.com

  2. Once the template is processed each user will receive a secure email with their user ID and a link to create their password. ** Please make sure that you check your Spam/Junk mail and select 'Not Spam' or 'Not Junk' to whitelist campusivy.com (hyperlinks contained in the email will not work if campusivy.com mail is not whitelisted).
