Uploading Documents

To upload documents you will need to access the student's detail page by either going through the
Student Lookup link or by clicking on the student's name on the document tracking home page


Once you are on the Student Profile Page navigate to the document tracking section and click on the  icon.


This will take you to the document upload portal where you can attach all needed documents for each doc type reflected in RED. If you need to attach multiple documents at the same time see  Document Tracking. In the multiple upload section of document tracking you may enter a short description in the section provided and then click on 'Choose File'. This will open up the directory window for you to browse and find the document you wish to attach, click on the document and select open. Repeat this action for all documents you wish to attach and then click  icon.


The document status will automatically change to RECEIVED once the document is uploaded. You can view all uploaded documents from the student detail screen by clicking on the next to the document the view the recently uploaded document. 


A student can also upload documents to their file through the mobile-friendly Student Portal.
