Contact information

The student contact information is listed in this section, it includes.

• Address including city, state, and zip
• Email address
• Telephone information

A student's contact information can only be updated through the file import process. If the address, email or phone number of a student changes through the import, the system will automatically archive the previous information and the new information will be on the student's page.

All prior contact information will also be viewable by the user, simply click the 'More" link below the current contact information to view the history.
