User Profiles and Roles
Campus Ivy will create all user profiles and roles in the system.
To view, hover over links and then hover over User Security and choose User Profile to view your user profiles. Choose User Roles to see the permissions granted ta each user type.
To view your list of users and roles just click on the links.
Role Definitions
Admin
Full Access System Administrator
Executive
View Only access that can be customized upon request.
FA Director
Similar it a regional manager role overseeing multiple campus or the entire FA Process
FA Manager
Oversees the FA process at the campus level and is more student and staff facing.
FA Advisor
Front-end financial aid advisor, works daily on funding.
Accounting / Bursar
Limited to accounting related functions.
